Boston Strong

April 22, 2013

April 15th, the Boston Marathon was scarred by the detonation of two explosive devices that destroyed lives. Police, first responders, military personnel, and everyday citizens were swept up in the aftermath of the explosions and the ensuing week long manhunt that left an MIT police officer dead. This was a tragedy of the highest order, but thanks to the men and women who were on the scene, who sent aid, who took victims into their homes, and who finally caught the two brothers responsible, we know that we are strong, we are a community here in America, and we help each other in times of need. From the bottom of my heart, I thank all the Heroes that proved their worth this past week, and express my deepest condolences for the families of the victims.
